The following documents must be presented at field check-in-no exceptions:

Roster approved by your club/state registrar

Pass cards or birth certificates for each player on the roster

Medical release form (a copy for us to keep)

In the case of out of state teams, the 'Permission To Travel' form approved by your state organization.

Boys and Girls Fall Age Groupings:

Age Group Birthdate

U10   Players born on or after August 1, 2002

U12   Players born on or after August 1, 2000

U14   Players born on or after August 1, 1998

Age Group Cost and Roster Size:

U10 (8 v 8) $300 (US) 15 players max

U12 (8 v 8)   $350 (US) 15 players max

U12 (11 v 11)   $450 (US)   18 players max

U14 (11 v 11)   $450 (US)   20 players max

Players may not be double rostered .
